Dear Friends!
We want to thank God for our nice contacts during the Year 1998,
specially during OCIC-UNDA World Congress in Montreal and in
Niepokalanov. We wish a Happy New Year to you, to your Community
and to your Family.
We would like to invite you to the 14th International Catholic
Film and Multimedia Festival Niepokalanov '99, taking place
between the 19th of May 1999 (Opening Ceremony at 11 in
Niepokalanov) and 23th of May 1999 (Closing
Ceremony in Warsaw at 4 pm) . The FestiVal is organised by the
Catholic Film Association supported by the Knights of Immaculate
(Franciscans) in Niepokalanov (Lasek) Monastery, Committee for
Cinematographie, Polish Television SA, Foundation for Warsaw and
Our Warsaw Institute. Personal patronate is taken by the Primate
of Poland Joseph Cardinal Glemp and the Honorary Committee
consists of the Polish Prime Minister Jerzy Buzek, Parliament and
Government Members, representatives of science and culture from
Poland and abroad.
We received near 150 films from 10
countries this year.
We are still
waiting (till the end of April) for:
- radio programs (testimonies, reportage, catechesis)
- audio records on CD
- multimedia programs on CD ROM
- religious and educational internet web-sites
For sending
in radio programs; music records; multimedia program on cd Roms
and internet web sites is: 30th of April 1999.
